Nikki and her team are just fantastic. You won’t find anyone who will provide a better service. Take care of each dogs needs, attentive to owners worries/concerns, Clear communication, quick replies great updates and all round wonderful people. We honestly could not recommend Nikki & Team enough.

Had the lovely Esme cat sit over the weekend whilst we were away. She kept us updated when she visited and completed all agreed tasks. Esme was respectful and kindly cleaned the mess made when the cats went digging in my plant pots too! Would definitely be using them again.

Turner and Pooch have been walking our dog Woody now for around a year. We couldn't fault them in any way. Woody loves his walker Becky, and enjoys his walks SO much. They take great care of him, very organised, reliable and communication is exceptional. We wouldn't go with anyone else, and cannot thank them enough for walking our boy 5 days a week 🙂 x

We found this amazing team when we were really struggling as first time dog owners. The training we had been shown previously hadn’t addressed the issues we were facing and walking had become a nightmare. Our Vizsla now enjoys off lead runs and socialisation with many different breeds, within a safe and structured environment, allowing us to concentrate on lead walks and training. We are now starting to be the dog owners our Viz needs us to be.

Turner and Pooch have been walking my dog for 7 years. She is a very happy dog when out with any of the walkers and enjoys socialising with the other dogs. Nikki is brilliant and is always happy to provide any dog advise she can. Would highly recommend.

We've got a rescue collie, who can be a bit special in the behaviour department. T&P have been fantastic with her, and now have her once a week for dog walking. I couldn't recommend T&P enough, they even managed to fit in a second weekly dog walk on the same day as me asking, because me and my husband were I'll and unable to walk the dog.

Turner and Pooch have been marvellously. They have been walking our cheeky little dog for years now. Our dog absolutely loves all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you to Nikki, Andy and all the crew.

This is a great organisation. Our dogs are loved so much by us and its great to know that the staff love them as much as we do. We trust them with our pets and know they will always help out if there is an emergency. A fantastic job all round!

Our 1 year old German Shepherd, Poppy, absolutely loves her day care days with Turner and Pooch – she literally batters down the front door in the morning to see Mike when he arrives and always returns home tired and happy. She also had a grooming session and came home looking and smelling gorgeous! Nikki, Andy and the team treat the dogs as their own and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Our Labrador loves going to doggy day care once a week and socialising with the other dogs. Mike is fantastic and our lab is always so excited to see him.

I started using turner and pooch this year and can honestly say it was the best decision i ever made. I trust Nikki and Andy and all their staff 110%. The work and progress they have made with saffie is outstanding . They are patient and understand each person and dogs needs differently . Also go above and beyond the call of duty and treat each dog as a part of their own family. Absolutely outstanding 5** i would not recommend anybody but Turner and pooch .

We have been using Turner & Pooch for over 5 years both in Upminster & now in Shenfield and they have always provided an excellent service. They are friendly, reliable and go the extra mile. Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting – Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. We highly recommend their services.

We have used Turner and Hooch for day care for our Deerhound for the last six months. Fantastic, punctual and knowledgeable team who provide a first rate service. Our dog is waiting excited at the window every morning and comes home happy and knackered every time.

Have been sending my alaskan malamute to Nikki and her excellent crew since he was a pup (3 years).
He attends 3-4 days a week and simply loves it. He eagerly awaits the arrival of the van and always greets his walker with a wagging tail and occasional howl of excitement 🐺.
Owning a dog can be challenging in a working household, we consider T&P essential and checked them out ahead of committing to getting a dog.
Very approachable and genuine people. Hugo always gets a birthday cake and mini-celebration on his birthday. The food delivery service is a real benefit, and advice based on their combined years of extensive dog experience costs nothing. Highly recommended.

Love Turner & Pooch have walked my dog for the last 3 years and could not fault them. Always go over and above for both me and my dog and not to mention cake for my dog on her birthday! Thanks again for everything.

Turner & Pooch are absolutely fantastic at what they do. Special mention to Nikki and Rebecca who look after our dog at day care twice a week. They are also always so accommodating for all things to. Would highly recommend!

A really friendly and professional team that go out of their way to ensure my dog has the best time and is properly cared for. Daisy has been going to daycare twice a week for about 9 months now and absolutely loves it. Nikki is really professional and organised and Rebecca and Andy are both great with her, she adores them.
Very accommodating for changes that may be required and really thoughtful by giving little presents for special occasions, such as Easter and birthdays.
I’ve already recommended their services to numerous people and will continue to do so.

We have been using Turner and Pooch for 5 years now and I am always very confident my dog will be looked after well.

We use them on a weekly basis and get updates online with pictures with him playing with the other dogs. They check that every dog is suitable to go on the walks with your dog in case there is any biting that happens, which is very important to me.

I have recommended them to many friends and they use them also.

Great experience with Turner and Pooch, I am a natural worrier and therefore don’t like leaving my dog with anyone. Nikki and Rebecca have been great and patient with me. I now have every confidence he is in the best care and know he is looked after like one of there own. T&P share pictures of my dog having the time of his life and also bring him home clean and worn out! It’s worth every penny. T&P have been very flexible are very responsive. I fully recommend T&P to anyone who is looking for pet care services.
